Grant of Probate

Our Fees
Probate work is done on both a time spent and value basis of the estate, Liverpool Legal Services will discuss hourly charge rates with you.
For estates with a value of up to £1,000,000, the Value charge is based on 1.5% of the gross value of the estate (excluding property) and 0.5% of the gross value of any property in the estate.
For estates with a value between £1,000,001 and £4,000,000, the value charge is 0.5% of the gross value of the estate (excluding property) and 0.5% of the gross value of any property in the estate.
For estates with a value in excess of these figures the value charge is charged at 0.16% of the gross value of the estate (excluding property) and 0.5% of the gross value of any property in the estate.
